4. Misty marsh with Egret

While visiting some plantation gardens in the southern US, I spotted this beautiful Egret, majestically perched at the edge of the water. The early morning sunlight through the trees and the mist on the water created a quiet, ethereal mood which I decided to capture in an escalation from soft pastel shades to a bright yellow sunlight shade to convey the peaceful brilliance of the morning.
